Combining the talents of a local (Queensland Cooper) and using hand-selected, medium char, American oak staves and placing our Pink Paradise Gin in this limited, 100l barrel for 7 months, our oak aged gin is ready for your indulgence. Nose: A combination of oak sweetness and juniper followed by rich aromas of dark chocolate and citrus.
