Description
Using the Australian native Hibiscus: Rosella flower as one of the key botanicals, we created a spirit that is deliciously savoury with citrus notes of grapefruit, pink pepper corns and complemented by juniper leaving your palate clean and ready for another round. Rosella flower lends a rhubarb like tartness to the spirit, so if you are looking for a dry (but still smooth) gin this should fit the bill – which is supported by the higher concentration of juniper. Best served with Long Rays soda water, ice and grapefruit peel.
