Kakadu Plum is an Australian ‘Superfood’ native. This, we believe, has allowed us to achieve a sprit that is complex, aromatic, refreshingly elegant, and can be mixed as a cocktail or with tonic water without losing its appeal and the unique flavour profile of Kakadu Plum.

Using the Australian native Hibiscus: Rosella flower as one of the key botanicals, we created a spirit that is deliciously savoury with citrus notes of grapefruit, pink pepper corns and complemented by juniper leaving your palate clean and ready for another round.

Combining the talents of a local (Queensland Cooper) and using hand-selected, medium char, American oak staves and placing our Pink Paradise Gin in this limited, 100l barrel for 7 months, our oak aged gin is ready for your indulgence.
