One of our favourite ways to enjoy Paradise Gin is with tonic water (or soda water for the purists). After tasting over 2 dozen different brands and flavours, we came to the conclusion that in our humble opinion the best tonic water to pair with Paradise Gin is Long Rays tonic water.
50ml Paradise Gin (with Kakadu Plum)
150ml good dry tonic (we recommend Long Rays)
Chilled glass
Add ice to your liking
Twist of lime (just a little zest)
Featured in the 1932 movie, "One Way Passage", this concoction will be a winner for those that enjoy a little nostalgia.
45ml Paradise Gin
30ml Apricot brandy
60ml fresh orange juice
Fill shaker with ice then pour ingredients in. Shake then serve out of a chilled glass.
Garnish with a twist of lemon.
"You expect me to talk?", "No Mr Bond, I expect you to pay for the next round!"
50ml Paradise Gin
50ml good quality vodka( some would say it has to be Russian)
20ml Lillet Blanc
Cup of ice
Lemon twist to finish
Pour all the ingredients into a martini glass over ice. Olive is optional.
50 ml Paradise Gin
50ml Lime juice (can be sweetened)
15gm sugar
1/2 glass full of ice.
Coat rim of glass with sugar.
Pour ice into shaker then add gin and juice. Shake then gently add to pre-prepared glass.
